Stays
Holiday home photography done a little differently.
I'm still nutting this one out so if you're a holiday home owner feel free to email me with any suggestions

I've discovered something about myself recently, I don't like doing photography for money, as my main income, I'm not a great business woman and it's taken the perfectionist in me quite a while to accept that this is totally ok and that I don't need to be a boss babe rocking the photo world, it's ok to be a nervous Nelly who although a very chatty person, yes I'm also a little bit of an introvert. However I do love love love photography and I actually really love helping people out with images of their passions. So I'm proposing something that many will say is bad business but hey I don't care, this makes me feel calmer and happier in my soul and it touches on the type of person I am.

SO HERE IT IS -

In the past I've been invited to stay in some lovely holiday homes in exchange for sharing a little about them on my instagram. This has been loads of fun and I'd like to do a few of these a year.  However what I'm proposing is this:

I WILL:

Photograph the house as it is when I arrive

Share on social media (you can re-share these)

Photograph the surrounds and the adventures I/we have

FOR YOU:
I'll upload it to an online album where you'll have options to purchase high resolution copies of the images for to you use in your marketing - print, online, your business advertising etc etc

There will be a few different "Photo Package" Options, bundles of 20, bundles of 50 etc etc or the option to buy the entire album .... or none at all.

Let me know if you have any other ideas on this.

x

Tash

Copyright + other business's using free images to market their wares -

I want to start to talk about this from the get go. Others re-Sharing images on social media is fine, however I ask that if you are approached by a third party asking to have a high resolution copy and use the images in any way to market their own business that you please forward them onto me.  For example, if you post a kitchen photo from our session and the lighting manufacturer contacts you asking for a copy of the image, this is a scenario where you need to direct them to me. If an image is used for another business marketing without the photographers permission this is actually considered copyright infringement.

In many instances, we get the third party to pay for the license, and thats my goal. However, in the event they don’t want to, you are more than welcome to pay for the license on their behalf if you find this valuable to your marketing efforts. If you would like to know more about copyright infringement please reach out and I’ll gather some information for you.

The boring but essential details:

  • I’m a fairly trusting soul so your invoice will be delivered with your album a week or so after the shoot.
